It occurred to me today that while I may have started updating my etsy shop on a regular basis, I have been neglecting my blog.

I'll be posting every day this week to try to make my blog and my shop concurrent, 

I am currently working on new goblins owls and will be posting them when they are finished.

Say hello to Boo Kitty! 

She is a different sort of goblin plush. 

Traditonally, Voodoo charm cats are designed to be the focus of magickal energies. 

Boo kitty comes with a special heart pocket. Write out a wish. Tuck a little talisman in her pocket. Concentrate all your love and energy on her.

She wants above all else to help you and be loved.

She is brand new and crafted from black faux fur with a felt pocket and button eyes.

She is about 18 inches length from the top of her pointy ears to the end of her curvaceous tail.

She is stuffed with new polyfill.

It's a nice mixture of adorable and spooky!

Benji the Bunny Voodoo Goblin

Benji the Bunny is a Voodoo Goblin Extraordanaire. He wears his heart on his ches,t literally. His favorite color is purple. His favorite food is take away Thai peanut noodles, extra spicy.

He does enjoy the occasional carrot or lettuce leaf but doesn't indulge often as he refuses to portray himself as a cliche.

He never asks what is up with his doctor as he would consider it a sign of extreme disrespect.

Benji is a little over 15 inches in length. His arm span is an impressive 12 inches (to make it all the easier to manipulate a pair of chopsticks!).

Amelia here - Ready to Fly!

Amelia the Voodoo Poppet doll enjoys little more than a leisurely afternoon of biking. She loves to fill the wind in her tangle of teal hair.

She believes that life is a grand adventure. It is many the afternoon that she sighs wistfully to herself and imagines herself soaring over the Atlantic with her namesake Amelia Earhart.

An update

So, where have you been and what have you been doing, Goblin Doll Maker?

I know there haven't been any new posts or listings for a while.

I have been working on new goblins, never fear!  I started taking them to a local art market and have placed some at an art gallery in New Orleans so I haven't had enough to start listing them again.

I intend to get enough made so that I can start regularly posting here and on etsy.

Voodoo Goblin Doll Clyde "The Dangerman" Trouble

Clyde "The Dangerman" Trouble is a goblin who likes to live on the edge.  He considers himself a daredevil and a bit of a bad boy.

Admittedly, he gave himself the nickname "the Dangerman" but it does have a nice ring to it.

Clyde likes to go fast.  He prefers to be in the drivier's seat, but sometimes he just can't fit his 18 inches of length.

His arm span is an impressive 20 inches (making his ability to vroom, vroom a motorcycle truly amazing.)

Ashley is the Prettiest Voodoo Goblin Doll of them All

Ashley likes to feel pampered and pretty.  She enjoys being indulged and spoiled.  Pink is her favorite color.  She believes that with great beauty should come great privilege.  Isn't she worth it?

Prudence enjoys the simple pleasures of life.  She likes to savor a good cup of coffee as the sun raises.  She grows her own organic fruits and vegetables.  Her favorite pastime is to sit in her old rocker on the front porch and just watch the world go by.

Voodoo Goblin Doll Daffodil

Daffodil is a voodoo goblin with a 70s hippie streak a mile wide. She loves chilling in her bean bag chair almost as much as she loves watching Star Trek.

Star Trek is her secret passion; especially her Limited Edition Lieutenant Suly doll with accessories. She could listen him to say "Oh My" for hours. Her favorite video is George Takei dancing to "I'm Sexy and I know it." Daffodil has been known to put it on a constant look while eating some popcorn, organic style of course.
